Security Sales Specialist

**Job Purpose**:
As a
**Security Sales Specialist **you'll play a key role within
**IT Security Business Unit **allocated to accounts where you'll have the opportunity to gain a deep knowledge of portfolio, process and vendor pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio.
**What You'll Do**:
- Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company
- Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets
- Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
- Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities to drive appropriate customer engagements
- Manages customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing"
- In AS either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements
- Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
- Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers
- Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement
- Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition
- Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.)
- Identifies project opportunities and engages with BDMs if specific product/ vendor knowledge is required
- Drives sales of specific products/ vendors if specific knowledge is required
- Provides accurate and timely quotations (SMB Managed (AS), SP/ E-Var/ SI segment, Specialists (IBM), entire AS BUs)
- Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities
- Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting
- Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information
**What We're Looking For**
- Italian languages overall fluent; english language overall advanced
- 5+ years of experience
- Attention to details
- Excellent telephone manner
- Priority management and planning skills
- Strive to achieve set targets
- Understands Sales Process
- Effective Communication Skills
- Effective team building relationship
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- knowledge of security products would be desirable
- Channel IT industry knowledge would be desirable
