Customer Service is located in Arcore.

Key accountabilities
- Enter paper orders into SAP;
- check the correct data entry of electronic order on SAP and make corrections if necessary;
- check the accuracy of delivery order in respect to the contracts stipulated by S&M;
- coordinate customers' needs with production planners to define the delivery plan;
- responsible for organization freights;
- issue the shipping documents (delivery note, labels, invoice, declarations);
- analyze the customers' demand trend;
- check and discuss with the customer the main KPI (the Delivery performances, claims...).
