Garantire il supporto alle attività di manutenzione preventiva e incidenate sulle macchine di produzione, migliorandone le performance e riducendone i fermi nel rispetto del budget assegnato, delle esigenze della Produzione, degli standard di qualità (cGMP-cFDA), delle procedure aziendali e nel rispetto delle norme EH&S.

**COMPITI SPECIFICI/ATTIVITA’ PRIMARIE**:
**Manutenzione Preventiva**
- Identificare miglioramenti sulle procedure e sui master di manutenzione, incluse lista attività di controllo /verifica e di sostituzione, numero e tipo di pezzi di ricambi.
- supportare técnicamente la manutenzione di reparto e il pronto intervento durante le attività critiche con il know-how tecnico proveniente dallo stato di manutenzione preventiva delle macchine;

**Manutenzione incidentale**
- Condivide le anomalie individuate e lo stato macchina generale riscontrato con il resto dell’organizzazione, discutendo técnicamente delle attività di miglioramento eventualmente individuate e ne esegue miglioramenti e modifiche.

**Nuove installazioni o modifiche impianti**
- Seguire e supportare técnicamente se necessario, nuove installazioni o modifiche su tutti gli impianti di reparto, in modo da aggiornare il magazzino ricambi, prendere dimestichezza con le nuove tecniche di manutenzione preventiva eventualmente introdotte;

**FORNITORI**
- Collaborare con i fornitori ed il resto dei colleghi al fine di migliorare lo stato inventariale dello stabilimento e lo stato di performance delle macchine

**Budget**
- Garantire un adeguato supporto al superiore nella definizione del budget dell’area e supportarlo nella successiva gestione e controllo dei costi, segnalando eventuali scostamenti o perdite di efficienza.

**Procedure**
- Partecipa alla revisione delle SOP relative alla manutenzione, nel rispetto delle politiche di qualità aziendali e delle indicazioni del Superiore.

**Qualità**
- Assicurare il rispetto degli standard di qualità aziendali, attraverso la verifica e la vigilanza sull’applicazione delle procedure relative alla manutenzione, segnalando ogni eventuale inosservanza e facendosi promotori di miglioramenti, affinché la qualità dei prodotti e dei servizi sia sempre orientata al meglio.

**Change/Deviazioni**
- Assicurare la corretta segnalazione e apertura delle deviazioni e dei change (in base alle procedure in essere del change control e delle deviazioni) che occorreranno o che fossero riscontrati agli impianti e ai macchinari GMP.
- Collaborare in caso di investigazioni sulle macchine di produzione, fornendo informazioni ed evidenze proveniente dallo stato manutentivo delle macchine

**REQUISITI**

**Studi/Diplomi/Corsi di formazione**:

- Diploma Tecnico o esperienza di anni

**Conoscenze tecniche e informatiche**:

- Conoscenze approfondite su macchine farmaceutiche
- Conoscenza delle modalità con cui si opera e interviene nella manutenzione in ambienti sterile
- GMP, Sicurezza, Office

**Esperienze professionali**:

- Gestione di imacchine e mpianti complessi e con rischi elevati
