**Posizione**:
**MANUFACTURING MANAGER**

La risorsa, che risponderà all’Operations Director e alla Direzione e opererà col supporto di un piccolo team di Production Leader, avrà la responsabilità della Produzione e del coordinamento delle risorse presenti in Clean Room.

Nel dettaglio si occuperà di:

- Gestire i team produttivi, cooperando con le funzioni HR e Qualità per definire la formazione degli Operatori, garantire la loro crescita e la valutazione costante delle loro performance;
- Supervisionare le attività produttive, garantendo che vengano svolte nel rispetto delle tempistiche e delle quantità definite in accordo con i team di Pianificazione e Supply Chain e garantendo la conformità dei dispositivi medici prodotti con gli standard qualitativi richiesti;
- Monitorare i costi produttivi e supportare l'Operations Director nella definizione e amministrazione del budget di area Manufacturing;
- Cooperare con l’RSPP per garantire la Sicurezza sul posto di lavoro, riportando eventuali problematiche o rischi potenziali;
- Cooperare col dipartimento Maintenance per organizzare le attività di manutenzione e taratura macchine, con l’obiettivo di ridurre al minimo l’impatto sulla produzione e gli sprechi;

**Requisiti**:
Desideriamo entrare in contatto con figure con Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Meccanica o Gestionale) ed esperienza pregressa in ruolo di gestione di team produttivi maturata in realtà industriali mediamente strutturate del settore Medical Devices, Farmaceutico o Cosmetico.

Si richiede una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e dimestichezza con gli strumenti per il controllo statistico di processo, le metodologie di problem solving e di miglioramento continuo.

Gradite competenze di Project Management.
