The Panel Management team is in charge of all the daily activities related to the Auditel Panel’s management, composed by 16.000 families, spread around Italy:

- New families recruitment
- Balance of the panel
- Post delivery quality control activities
- Relationship with panelists
- Churn management

**ABOUT THIS JOB**

Telephone contacts with the panelists, in other words, the families already into the panel (maintenance phase):

- To check any anomalies of our equipment
- To verify the personal data and technological equipment
- Everything concerning the relationship and loyalty of the panelists

The activity is very dynamic and involves the use of special tools that allow you to do contacts and enter and control data.

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent communication skills and predisposition to telephone contact
- Ability to respond to the needs of panelists in a timely and accurate manner
- Active participation in promoting new forms of communication
- Aptitude for teamwork
- Fair knowledge of the office / google package

**WORK SCHEDULE**

Two weeks of collaboration, 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday from 11.40 - 20.20 (including 50 minutes for lunch break)
