**Service Account Manager**
La figura, riportando al Sales Manager, garantirà il presidio dei Clienti assegnati, coltivando e sviluppando rapporti commerciali finalizzati alla fornitura di servizi e prestazioni di after sales. Per il target assegnato, contribuirà al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business in linea con le strategie aziendali.
Nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Gestire autonomamente i rapporti commerciali con il set di Clienti assegnato;
- Pianificare strategicamente lo sviluppo del business, dando visibilità delle potenzialità future in termini di prodotti/soluzioni;
- Analizzare costantemente le necessità dei Clienti e valutare la possibilità di proporre un’offerta commerciale in linea con le richieste emerse;
- Elaborare il documento di offerta da presentare al Cliente applicando politiche commerciali coerenti con le policies e direttive aziendali e di gruppo;
Profil
I requisiti e le competenze richieste sono:
- Esperienza almeno quinquennale in ambito commerciale in Aziende modernamente organizzate ed operanti nel mondo dei Servizi di intralogística, automazione industriale e manutenzione;
- Esperienza e competenza in negoziazioni complesse;
- Esperienza nell’uso attivo di CRM (ad es. SalesForce);
- Capacità di ascolto, ottime doti relazionali e di comunicazione a tutti i livelli;
- Orientamento al Cliente e proattività
- Attitudine al lavoro in team
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, la conoscenza di una seconda lingua europea costituirà un plus.
