Responsabilità

La persona darà supporto al team nel seguire processi di formazione, Well Being & D&I, change management e trasformazione culturale.
Avrà l’opportunità di accompagnare il team in un momento di importante cambiamento organizzativo e culturale collegato al progetto globale di implementazione del LMS (Learning Management System) per la gestione di tutti i processi di competenza.

Principali attività
- Supporto nella raccolta dei bisogni di formazione
- Supporto nella progettazione ed erogazione delle attività di formazione e change management
- Supporto nella progettazione e la realizzazione di iniziative di training manageriale, anche in ottica di innovazione e con l’utilizzo di tutte le tecnologie digitali, di cui la funzione HR si sta servendo (webInAr, e-learning, podcast etc)
- supporto nella supervisione e del monitoraggio dell’andamento delle iniziative di formazione manageriale e di trasformazione culturale
- registrazione ed elaborazione di reportistica e progetti di comunicazione collegati alla formazione
- Pianificazione, gestione e comunicazione di progetti di well being
- Supporto nella gestione formazione finanziata fondimpresa e fondirigenti.

Titolo di studio

Laurea in discipline economiche o umanistiche. Costituirà requisito preferenziale un titolo di master in Gestione delle Risorse Umane.

- Progettazione e pianificazione attività di formazione e well being
- Conoscenze di base di Project Management
- Buona conoscenza di Excel (per le attività di reportistica ed elaborazione dati collegati alla formazione)

- Preferibile la conoscenza di Office 365
