Bartender

Reports to Bar Manager.

**Main duties & responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the drinks production and service of main and pool bar achieving and maintaining the brand standards and exceeding Guests expectations;
- Compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with all Guests and handle requests and enquiries;
- Coordinate and monitor Commis de bar assigned to him/her;
- Contribute to the achievement of the economic targets of the outlet.

**Experience required**:

- Fluent in English and Italian
- Previous work experience in a luxury restaurant
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
Excellent communication skills, both whit Guests and co-workers/ colleagues;
