Per un’azienda storica del territorio che opera in ambito Automotive ricerchiamo un Head of Digital.
A riporto diretto del CTO Il responsabile del settore digitale sarà responsabile della direzione strategica e operativa di tutte le attività inerenti la presenza digitale dell’azienda.
Responsabilità:

- Si occuperà della gestione del reparto di Digital Marketing per quanto riguarda la definizione delle linee strategiche di advertising: tecnologie, procedure, rapporto con i fornitori, negoziazione dei contratti.
- Coordinerà lo sviluppo dei portali web: tecnologie, struttura delle web properties, rapporto e contratti con i fornitori (sviluppo e design), oltre a pianificare e armonizzare le attività di integrazione tra web properties e sistemi interni (Infinity), relazionandosi con i relativi stakeholders.
- Lavorerà a stretto contatto con il CRM Manager sia in termini di integrazione tra sistemi web e CRM, sia per quanto concerne la pianificazione dei flussi di comunicazione rivolti al nurturing e alla retention dei leads acquisiti.
- Garantirà che gli obiettivi e le previsioni per il team siano coerenti con i piani di sviluppo e con gli obiettivi strategici dell'azienda, sia in termini di lead generation, sia in termini di innovazione dei servizi digitali. Sarà costantemente attivo nello scouting di nuovi servizi/soluzioni digitali applicati all’automotive e nell’auto-formazione per quanto riguarda le ultime tendenze in ambito martech e advertising.
- Dirigerà e guiderà il team digitale per garantire il raggiungimento dei piani di lead generation e fatturato. Monitorerà regolarmente i risultati e le prestazioni del team BDC e Web Sales e collaborerà con il web sales manager nella definizione delle misure più adeguate per migliorare continuamente le performance del suo team.
- Monitorerà le competenze e le capacità tecniche dei suoi riporti diretti (Digital Marketing Manager) e definirà le misure adeguate al fine di garantire competenze e capacità tecniche complete e all’avanguardia.
- Si interfaccerà con il DPO e con i responsabili legal dell’azienda per assicurarsi che tutte le attività digitali siano conformi lato GDPR.
- Parteciperà ai meeting di formazione organizzati dalle Case Madri e curerà i rapporti con i responsabili digital di ciascuna di esse.
- Gestirà il budget complessivo della divisione digital (advertising, sviluppo, system integration, canoni di licenza software).

**Requisiti**:

- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel marketing, preferibilmente in realtà di servizi B2B.
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e capacità di collaborare con diverse funzioni aziendali.
- Capacità analitiche per monitorare e valutare le prestazioni delle campagne di marketing.
- Orientato ai risultati e abilità di pianificazione e gestione del budget.
