**Mansioni**
- Descrizione delle funzioni, dei ruoli e dei processi aziendali, attraverso la realizzazione di interviste di ruolo, la redazione di job description e l'aggiornamento degli organigrammi di Gruppo;
- Approfondimento, ricerca e consulenza normativa per la gestione di aspetti giuridici trasversali connessi all'ambito Risorse Umane, con particolare focus su temi di diritto del lavoro e sindacale materia sindacale e giuslavoristica;
- Approfondimento, ricerca e consulenza normativa per la gestione di aspetti giuridici trasversali connessi all'ambito Risorse Umane, con particolare focus su temi di diritto del lavoro e sindacale materia sindacale e giuslavoristica;
- Affiancamento e supporto per ogni altra attività della funzione per la realizzazione di progetti trasversali in ambito Risorse Umane.

**Requisiti**
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza o Scienze dei Servizi Giuridici e/o Master post laurea in ambito Risorse Umane;
- Interesse per la normativa giuslavoristica;
- Capacità di scrittura;
- Conoscenza lingua inglese;
- Ottime abilità comunicative e relazionali;
- Curiosità e spirito critico;
- Proattività;
