**Internship**:
The keyword to this internship is support. The company needs support in operations as well as their booking office. You will be helping at the front desk where you will provide customers with information about all the inspiring and romantic activities Tuscany has to offer. Welcoming guests and making reservations are daily tasks.

**Profile Student**:
You can inspire customers to do tours in Tuscany because of your passionate and enthusiastic approach. Learning about how a tour operator works sounds very good to you You have natural customer service skills and are very polite. It is no problem for you to work closely with your colleagues and maintain good communication with them during your working days. Punctuality and flexibility are also characteristics you definitely possess.
