**Le principali attività**:
Fornisce supporto all’ufficio per effettuare lo scouting di fornitori nuovi su stimolo dei richiedenti interni
Analizza documentazione e contrattualistica fornita dai potenziali provider in fase negoziale verificando l'allineamento con gli standard di Gruppo e Locali ed i criteri di allocazione delle attività sulle compagnie del Gruppo.
Supporta le Funzioni aziendali di competenza durante la fase di negoziazione degli ordini di servizio/acquisto dei fornitori.
Supporta l’esecuzione delle fasi amministrative del processo di acquisto, in ottemperanza alle normative interne ed esterne
Si occupa della fase iniziale del processo di fatturazione elettronica
**Requisiti richiesti**:
Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza, Economia, Management o Organizzazione.
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, la conoscenza del francese sarà considerata un plus
Buona confidenza con strumenti informatici e/o in attività di progetto.
Precedente esperienza in contesti aziendali, area Ufficio Acquisti, Ufficio Legale o dipartimento IT è considerata plus.
Offerta Contrattuale
Contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione con possibilità di assunzione in azienda
la RAL sarà commisurata in base all’esperienza.
**Orario di lavoro**:
full time dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 09.00 alle ore 18.00, possibilità di smartworking di 3/4gg a settimana
