- Pioneer your career**Your role**
- You will be part of the Commercial Parts Purchasing Department and you will manage purchases of trade materials
- You will create a request for quote (RFQ) with suppliers using SAP tool
- You will prepare purchase orders and manage purchasing order confirmations.
- You will conduct negotiations
- You will execute orders to ensure materials and services are available on time
- You will maintain purchasing master data
- You will support the supplier in achieving merchandise input on time delivery
- You will optimize supplies in order to reduce costs
- You will manage documentation required for supplier requisition (specifications, specifications, etc.)
- You will support the Category Leader in defining the best sourcing strategy to implement and onboard new suppliers
- You will execute and implementing procurement negotiations and processes within the area of responsibility and in line with current authorizations/permits
- You will participate and support the fulfillment and implementation of Strategic Procurement activity

**Your profile**
- Degree in Technical/Engineering Sciences; Technical Diploma will be also evaluated;
- Previous experience in the purchasing or logistics area
- Knowledge of production processes, understanding of technical documents, cost structure and value analysis.
- Knowledge of MS Office, preferably ERP SAP
- Italian and English proficiency both written and verbal
- Critical thinking and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
