Manpower Professional è la Società specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di Middle e Senior Management, Per importante azienda operante nel settore Integrated Facility Management si ricerca un/una KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER SERVIZI DIGITAL per la zona di Bologna.

**_Descrizione del Ruolo e Principali attività:_**

Conduce le operazioni commerciali tra l’Azienda ed il Cliente, elaborando e proponendo strategie che consentano il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di entrambe le parti;

Promuove e sviluppa le opportunità commerciali per l’area di competenza, sulla base delle linee strategiche definite dalla Direzione Aziendale;

Attiva e sviluppa nuovi rapporti con clienti potenziali, stimolando possibili esigenze;

È il punto di riferimento dei Clienti, per i quali deve adeguare il proprio portafoglio di prodotti in funzione delle priorità e degli obiettivi dei propri clienti assumendosi le responsabilità della qualità della relazione con il cliente e dei risultati commerciali sino a livello di margine;

Garantisce la corretta identificazione dei fabbisogni del Cliente trasferendoli alla funzione di progettazione dell’offerta;

Assicura il monitoraggio periodico dei risultati commerciali ed individua le azioni correttive a fronte di eventuali scostamenti registrati;

È in grado di sviluppare una relazione di tipo C-Level e di coordinare le operazioni aziendali garantendo il raggiungimento della soddisfazione del cliente.

Conoscenza dei processi di negoziazione del Mercato Privato e dei meccanismi e delle procedure competitive di negoziazione Pubblica;

Conoscenza del Mercato della Sanità Pubblica e Privata e la conoscenza dei principali processi clinici operativi gestiti dal Sistema Informativo Sanitario quali RIS-PACS-ADT e CUP;

Conoscenze tecniche relative a: IT Governance & Management, Digital Marketing & Big Data e Digital Twin: Trasformazione Digitale di processi Core **; **

La conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2/C1) sarà valutata positivamente;

Completano il profilo, buone doti di leadership e attitudine al lavoro in team cross-funzionali, dinamismo, buona gestione dello stress e forte orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati mediante tecniche e metodi di Project Management

Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio zona Emilia Romagna e Lombardia

Residenza: Bologna o Milano

Smart Working

Esperienza richiesta almeno 3 anni nel ruolo

Preferibile provenienza dal settore medicale
