**PROJECT HSE MANAGER**

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Supportare l’organizzazione nella gestione operativa e nell’attuazione delle misure di prevenzione e protezione dai rischi per i lavoratori, per l’ambiente e per il patrimonio aziendale in coerenza con la normativa vigente;
- Sviluppare il sistema di gestione HSE durante tutte le fasi del progetto (ingegneria, approvvigionamento, fabbricazione, trasporto ed installazione);
- Implementare i processi HSE Risk Management (HAZID, Risk Screening, Risk Assessment);
- Promuovere la crescita dei propri collaboratori;
- Redigere il Bilancio di Sostenibilità;
- Essere il promotore dei temi legati alla Sostenibilità Ambientale all’interno dell’organizzazione;
- Redigere e aggiornare tutta la documentazione necessaria all’adempimento degli obblighi in materia di Sicurezza e Ambiente;
- Gestire i sistemi di sicurezza e di tutela ambientale;
- Mantenere e curare i rapporti con le autorità competenti e con gli enti certificatori;
- Assicurare l’implementazione dei requisiti di legge in materia di salute e sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro ai sensi del D.Lgs 81/08;
- Verificare la disponibilità ed il corretto uso dei dispositivi di protezione individuale (DPI).

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella gestione dei progetti in ambito HSE;
- Conoscenza dei principali standard internazionali sui sistemi di gestione HSE (ISO 45001, ISO 14001);
- Conoscenza delle convenzioni internazionali SOLAS E MARPOL;
- Conoscenza dei principali standard internazionali dei settori Oil&Gas e delle energie rinnovabili (IMCA, IOGP, GWO, IOGP);
- Conoscenza delle metodologie di indagine sugli incidenti (Tap Root, Top Set, ABS Incident Investigation, SCAT);
- Conoscenza dei principi e delle iniziative Green House Gases e Net Zero;
- Conoscenza della normativa italiana sulla sicurezza: D.Lgs. 81/08, D.Lgs. 272/99, D.Lgs. n. 271/99; D.Lgs. 624/96).
