I tuoi compiti sono:

- Customer Engagement Lead per tutti i touchpoint digitali, cross-channel, con particolare attenzione a CRM Web, APP, Newsletter e Digital Guest Card in forte collaborazione con altri team e dipartimenti
- Lead per l'acquisizione di contatti cross-plattform
- Responsabile dell’arricchimento qualitativo dei dati e dei Consumer Insights
- Responsabile dell'impostazione strategica dei dati nel nostro CDP e dei risultati per la segmentazione e le buyer personas
- Eccellenti capacità di coinvolgimento degli stakeholder interni ed esterni
- Gestire la strategia CRM & Data per la Digital Guestcard
- Gestire gli approfondimenti digitali sui consumatori per l'intera azienda
- Supporto al Head of Digital per il Digital Business Plan

I tuoi requisiti indispensabili sono:

- Esperienza pregressa di più di 3 anni nel campo CRM / Customer Engagement
- Capacità di problem solving
- Ottima capacità di relazionarsi con molteplici stakeholder

I tuoi requisiti preferenziali sono:

- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruolo analogo
- Buona esperienza con Customer Data & Segmentation
- Esperienza di lavoro in modalità agile
- Mentalità hands on
- Capacità di lavorare in team
