A day in the Life:

- Reporting to area manager the supervisor coordinates the daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient performance, and reach daily targets in a timely manner
- Lead and mentor a team of about 60 people to successfully implement production plans.
- Strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.

Keys to Success:

- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and develop team members.
- Proven track record in managing manufacturing processes.
- Ability to determine and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.

**Education**:

- High school diploma, degree or equivalent experience is required.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.
- Proven expertise in process improvement.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

- Outstanding knowledge of manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg.
- Compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
