**Corporate Affairs Specialist**

**What will your challenge be?**
- extraordinary transactions (e.g. capital increase, dissolutions, mergers, etc.)
- post acquisition activities (e.g. exercise of put/call options, shares transfers, earn-out payments, etc.)
- general corporate law matters (e.g. management incentive plans, etc.)
- other corporate affairs activities
- domestic and international acquisitions

**Are you our new colleague?**

Job Experience : 4-5 years post lauream (or 2-3 years PQE), with strong, extensive and continuous experience in corporate law, M&A and extraordinary transactions, gained either in international or in major Italian law firms. In-house secondment experience in multi-national companies may be considered as a preferential element.

Education : Second-level degree in law.

Personal Skills : Ability to work in a team, hands-on approach and pragmatism based on a strong level of autonomy, attention to details, ability to work on different matters simultaneously, flexibility.
