**Corporate Affairs Specialist**

**What will your challenge be?**
- domestic and international M&A and extraordinary transactions, as well as post M&A activities
- general corporate law matters
- corporate affairs activities

**Are you our new colleague?**

Job Experience : 4-5 years post lauream (or 2-3 years PQE), with strong and extensive experience in corporate law, M&A and extraordinary transactions, gained either in international or in major Italian law firms. Subsequent in-house expertise in multi-national companies will be considered as a preferential element.

Education : Second-level degree in law.

Languages : Full working proficiency in English (written and oral).

Personal Skills : Ability to work in a team, hands-on approach and pragmatism, problem solving skills, attention to details, ability to work on different matters simultaneously, flexibility.
