Customer Service Specialist

Olon Spa, Italian company world leader in the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) production, using synthetic and biological processes for Generic market as well as in Contract Development and Manufacturing (CDMO), is looking for Top worldwide resources for the R&D team.

Headquartered based in Rodano (Italy), Olon has 11 manufacturing facilities employing 2.000 resources: 8 located in Italy, 1 in Spain, 1 in USA and 1 in India, all compliant with international requirements, and 3 branch offices (China; Germany; USA).

We are looking for a Customer Service Professional to join our Team in Rodano HQ **(maternity leave)**

She/he directly reports to the Customer Service Manager.

With us you will:

- Contributes to process sales orders in cooperation with Area Managers, the Inside Sales and the Planner
- Ensures the proper receipt of sales documentations and controls customers purchasing orders (national and international) in collaboration with Area Managers and the Inside Sale team
- Helps customers according to the order status processing

Your background:

- Sales experience background in well-structured companies
- Very good knowledge of English - both written and spoken
- Excellent PC skills and very good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP systems is a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Analytical and organizational mindset

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 10 mesi

Stipendio: €1.400,00 - €1.700,00 al mese
