**LA POSIZIONE**

All’interno della Struttura Educazione e Lotta alla povertà afferente alla Direzione National-EU Programs &
Advocacy di Save the Children, l’Area Povertà educativa e materiale contribuisce al raggiungimento dell’obiettivo

strategico “Ridurre la povertà minorile, educativa e materiale”.

L’area di riferimento sviluppa azioni volte a posizionare il minore al centro degli interventi dell’organizzazione

lavorando sul protagonismo reale dei minori nel loro progetto educativo e di crescita.

Nello specifico l’Area si struttura in due ambiti programmatici: Presidi Socio - Educativi e Sostegni Individuali,

con una pluralità di interventi di riferimento.

Il ruolo ha lo scopo di supportare l’area programmatica dedicata ai contesti educativi non formali ed informali,

mediante lo sviluppo di nuove proposte progettuali e la facilitazione dei raccordi funzionali interni all’Area di

riferimento.

**PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’**
- sviluppare nuove proposte progettuali in sinergia con il Programme Manager e in coordinamento con il

team dell’Area di riferimento;
- contribuire alla realizzazione di reportistica relativa alle progettualità in corso in sinergia con il

Programme Manager ed in coordinamento con il team dell’Area di riferimento;
- supportare il consolidamento e lo sviluppo dei due ambiti programmatici Presidi Socio - Educativi e

Sostegni Individuali in coordinamento con il Responsabile della Struttura Educazione e Lotta alla povertà

minorile;
- contribuire, in modo specifico, all’avvio del Punto Luce Green di Milano Gallaratese, garantendo

supporto funzionale alle altre aree coinvolte, in particolare Operations, Marketing and Fundraising di

Save the Children;
- contribuire alla gestione di donatori privati garantendo la realizzazione di field visit e/o contenuti

funzionali alla valorizzazione dei programmi afferenti all’Area Povertà Educativa e a relative azioni di

comunicazione, in sinergia con le Aree Marketing and Fundraising e Communications and Campaigning

di Save the Children;
- contribuire al lavoro di consolidamento e di sviluppo del sistema di monitoraggio dell’Area di

riferimento, attraverso l’affiancamento al Coordinator Presidi Socio-Educativi e allo Specialist Sostegni

Individuali, in sinergia con l’Area Meal & Quality di Save the Children; (in capo Silvia e Albertina)
- contribuire al raccordo con le altre aree della Struttura Educazione e Lotta alla povertà minorile per

raggiungere gli obiettivi strategici comuni;
- facilitare un raccordo funzionale tra il Team dell’area di riferimento ed il Responsabile di Struttura,

organizzando riunioni periodiche di aggiornamento;
- partecipare a tavoli di lavoro, iniziative ed eventi formativi con focus tematico povertà educativa e

materiale;
- partecipare, ove previsto, a visite istituzionali, seminari e convegni nazionali e internazionali

**STUDI, ESPERIENZE E QUALIFICHE**:

- Laurea, preferibilmente in discipline umanistiche, economiche, giuridiche, indirizzate all’ambito

socioeducativo
- Consolidata esperienza nella partecipazione e gestione di bandi (anche a livello europeo)
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella gestione di progetti/programmi complessi in Italia o all’estero
- Esperienza nello sviluppo di proposte progettuali per donatori privati
- Esperienza nel garantire il raccordo tra di gruppi di lavoro
- Esperienza nella gestione di partenariati complessi
- Esperienza di lavoro sulle tematiche relative al contrasto alla povertà educativa

**STUDI E CONOSCENZE LINGUISTICHE/INFORMATICHE**
- Ottima conoscenza MS Office.
- Buona conoscenza di strumenti e piattaforme di presentazione e collaborazione online.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta (non inferiore al livello B2 del Quadro comune

europeo di riferimento per la conoscenza delle lingue).

- Approccio strutturato, con buona capacità di analisi, di scrittura, di coordinamento
- Buone capacità comunicative nei confronti di interlocutori diversi
- Ottime capacità relazionali con diverse tipologie di stakeholders e di leadership

- Disponibilità a spostarsi su tutto il territorio nazionale per incontri con partner di progetto e

monitoraggio delle azioni progettuali, incontri istituzionali e con partner.
