In this function you will execute the repair of our Apparel products (Salewa, Dynafit, Wild Country and LaMunt) and also support the process in organizing the repair of Oberalp non têxtile products. You will also help the Apparel Quality Control department in activities related to returns and incoming goods.

**Tasks & responsibilties**
- Repair damaged apparel and other têxtile products
- Support of the organization repairs of our non-têxtile products (footwear/equipment)
- Coordination of the timing and requirements, in terms of materials and trims involved in the repairs in collaboration with the apparel division
- Support of the warehouse return department in evaluating repairs to be done and relative costs and timing
- Evaluation if a returned product defect is under warranty or is due to improper use
- Maintenance of data and/or archive of returned products information
- Feedback to Quality Control Department on types and frequency of repairs made via analysis of return data and product

**Profile**
- Knowledge of the process to repair a garment. Knowledge of technical sport garments (eg taped, padded, down) is considered a plus.
- Ability to use sewing machinery (eg linear, cut and sew, heat press)
- Knowledge of technical materials and padding would be an advantage
