Compiti e Responsabilità:

- Gestione delle pratiche relative al rilascio delle patenti per i dipendenti
- Gestione convenzioni servizi accessori (telepass, fuelcard, cancelleria e spedizioni)
- Gestione pratiche veicoli
- Gestione adempimenti per il Servizio di soccorso Stradale (ACI)
- Supporto alle attività di reportistica dell'Unità Organizzativa

Requisiti

Titolo di studio:
Diploma in discipline tecniche

Competenze Tecniche:

- ottima conoscenza degli applicativi Office (Excel, powerpoint e word) e del pacchetto Google (Drive, Calendar, Google sheet,Google docs, Forms),
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Esperienza di almeno 1 anno nella mansione

OFFICER MOTORIZZAZIONE - AMBITO LEGALE

Compiti e Responsabilità:

- Gestione delle pratiche relative al rilascio delle patenti per i dipendenti
- Gestione sanzioni

amministrative e pecuniarie
- Gestione sinistri stradali
- Gestione convenzioni Telepass
- Gestione adempimenti per il Servizio di soccorso Stradale (ACI)
- Supporto ai lavori della Commissione Nazionale Motorizzazione
- Supporto alle attività di reportistica dell'Unità Organizzativa

Requisiti

Titolo di studio:
Laurea in materie giuridiche

Competenze Tecniche:

- ottima conoscenza degli applicativi Office (Excel, powerpoint e word) e del pacchetto Google (Drive, Calendar, Google sheet,Google docs, Forms),
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Ulteriori Requisiti:

- Conoscenza legali in materia di gestione sinistri stradali e contravvenzioni
- Buona conoscenza delle dinamiche dei processi organizzativi e della normativa del Terzo Settore

Esperienza di almeno 1 anno nella mansione
