Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for people for the following position**:
**Solar PV Land Acquisition Representative**
**Location: Milano, Italy**

**Responsabilità**
- Creazione di database dei terreni per i progetti di Solar Power Plants
- Visita dei posti individuati personalmente o dal Cartografo
- Trattative dei contratti sui diritti fondiari
- Sopralluogo e la valutazione degli immobili locali per locazione e compilazione della documentazione richiesta
- Supervisione del processo di stipula dei contratti di locazione fondiaria
- Riporto dei risultati e gli obiettivi raggiunti
- Collaborazione con altri dipartimenti

**Requisiti**
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative: Italiano (lingua primaria) - Inglese fluente
- Esperienza di successo come Project Manager solare e/o eolico, o come Land/Real Estate Agent/Developer
- Capacità di costruire le relazioni durature e abilità di trattativa
- Guidato, proattivo nell’identificazione di problemi e potenziali soluzioni
- Buona conoscenza del mercato italiano del fotovoltaico e dell’elettricità, del settore immobiliare e dell’agricoltura è un vantaggio
- Patente di guida di categoria B
