B.Zar Hotel & Co., un brand che comprende hotel, ristoranti e rooftop cocktail bar situati nel cuore di Roma, Firenze, Milano, Taormina, Vulcano, Siracusa e Venezia è alla ricerca di un **Villa Manager **nella location di Taormina.

**Ti occuperai di**:

- accoglienza clienti secondo gli standards B.Zar Hotel&Co Luxury.;
- gestione check-in e check-out;
- assicurare al cliente la migliore accoglienza e assistenza durante tutto il soggiorno;
- svolgere attività di public relation e di promozione dei servizi dell’hotel, in relazione alle esigenze dell’ospite, cercando di migliorarne l’esperienza;
- curare e tutelare le attività di sicurezza e tranquillità degli ospiti;
- sorveglianza attiva della struttura;
- supporto per la parte contabile e amministrativa;
- pagamenti e pre-autorizzazioni;
- elaborare la reportistica relativa all’andamento del reparto.

**Cosa cerchiamo in te**:

- esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni nel settore del Luxury Hotellerie;
- disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei week end;
- flessibilità negli orari di lavoro;
- orientamento al problem solving;
- ottima conoscenza delle lingue italiano ed inglese, sia scritta che parlata;
- padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici, nel particolare del pacchetto Office;
