La Società nostra Cliente, **Azienda Multinazionale **leader mondiale nei **Servizi Professionali di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile, Fiscalità, Transaction & Advisory, **ci ha incaricato di ricercare il seguente profilo professionale:
**PAYROLL CONSULTANT**:
**Posizione**:
Il Candidato ideale, laureato preferibilmente in **Economia o in Giurisprudenza**, ha maturato **almeno 4 anni di** **esperienza **presso **Studi Professionali **o presso **Aziende**, nella funzione relativa all’**Amministrazione del Personale**.

Il Candidato sarà inserito all’interno del **Team di Payroll Specialist **dedicato alla **Gestione in Outsourcing del Payroll e dell’Amministrazione del Personale **garantendo completo supporto a Società Multinazionali di medie e grandi dimensioni operanti in diversi settori.

**Principali attività e responsabilità**:

- Attività di implementazione e configurazione del sistema paghe Zucchetti;
- Elaborazione paghe e relativa reportistica post-paga con sistema paghe **Zucchetti**;
- Gestione e predisposizione degli adempimenti annuali (autoliquidazioni INAIL, CU, 770, Prospetti IRAP);
- Contrattualistica (assunzioni, cessazioni, proroghe, trasferimenti, trasformazioni).

**Principali requisiti**:

- Ottima conoscenza della normativa vigente in ambito di gestione paghe e contributi.
- Ottima conoscenza e applicazione dei principali CCNL.
- Gradita conoscenza di **Zucchetti** o di Sistemi Gestione Paghe per grandi aziende.

**Altre informazioni**:
**_Completano il profilo_**: ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative, attitudine al team work e al problem solving e disponibilità a trasferte da Cliente.

Per il contesto internazionale e per il tipo di clientela è richiesta una **buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese.**
