Per il nostro team Bowel management siamo alla ricerca di un Clinical Specialist che lavorerà all’interno della nostra divisione Chronic Care per l’area Romagna, Marche, Umbria.

La Business Unit Chronic Care è la divisione dedicata ai prodotti che agevolano le problematiche di incontinenza e stipsi intestinale con una vastissima gamma di soluzioni nate in casa Coloplast, prima al mondo nel brevettare una sacca per stomia adesiva e una soluzione per l’irrigazione transanale: Peristeen.

La persona che stiamo cercando è un infermiere con forte motivazione a lavorare in un’azienda commerciale con un forte impatto clinico / scientifico che avrà come focus quello di svolgere attività di formazione e di supporto al personale sanitario divenendo partner e riferimento clinico dei nostri interlocutori.

La risorsa altamente strategica per lo sviluppo del business, gestirà un particolare prodotto per l’area Bowel management e avrà il compito di supportare la forza vendita attraverso attività di formazione ai pazienti e ai medici, progetti clinici e sviluppo di studi scientifici.

Data la trasversalità del suo ruolo avrà modo di collaborare con diverse figure aziendali e con numerosi e interlocutori all’interno delle strutture sanitarie.

**Principali attività**:
Collabora con la forza vendita al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi commerciali della propria area di competenza

Lavora a stretto contatto coni Territory manager nelle attività di segmentazione, analisi e sviluppo dell’area

Offre supporto e assistenza agli interlocutori sul territorio

Supporta il business attraverso la pianificazione mirata di attività volte al consolidamento e allo sviluppo commerciale della propria area

Supporta e coopera con gli HCP nello sviluppo di studi clinici, protocolli e training

**Cosa è necessario per ricoprire il ruolo**:
Laurea in Scienze Infermieristiche (o ambito medicale)

Esperienza clinico-assistenziale nell’ambito delle professioni sanitarie o in ruoli affini

Competenza negli studi clinici

Spiccate doti relazionali e di pianificazione

Conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata
