MyES è una scuola d’inglese innovativa, il cui metodo predilige l’attenzione al singolo e alle sue necessità attraverso un percorso didattico che alterni lezioni teoriche e sessioni pratiche, percorsi di conversazione ed eventi, supportato da sistemi digitali e tecnologie all’avanguardia.

Cerchiamo **1 Sales and Didactic Consultant** per la sede di Modena.

La figura riporterà al Direttore di Centro.
- Contatto con clienti potenziali sulla base di appuntamenti fissati
- Attività di vendita in sede su clientela privata e talvolta aziendale
- Spiegazione della metodologia didattica, l'accoglienza degli studenti e degli studenti potenziali
- Supporto, monitoraggio e motivazione degli studenti durante il percorso didattico per assicurare il loro successo
- Riunioni di briefing, supporto e coordinamento con il Direttore del Centro
- Interazione con le altre funzioni aziendali in logica di team working.
- Residenza Modena e zone limitrofe
- Esperienza nella vendita di servizi B2C
- Entusiasmo, dinamismo e voglia di fare la differenza
- Capacità di vendita e problem solving
- Forte energia ed orientamento al risultato/capacità di lavorare per obiettivi, serietà e puntualità
- Spiccate doti comunicative e sviluppate capacità emozionali,
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2) e dei programmi informatici,
- Diploma o laurea

L’ambiente orientato al risultato consentirà alle figure più performanti di eccellere. Si offre ambiente giovane, dinamico e stimolante. Formazione iniziale e continuo training on the job.

Inquadramento: contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi con finalità di inserimento a tempo indeterminato.

Orario di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì 10-18/14-21, sabati alternati (9-13)

Il CCNL applicato è ANINSEI con retribuzione composta da fisso + sistema incentivante e welfare aziendale.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato

Retribuzione: €1.200,00 - €2.500,00 al mese
