Jinglebell S.r.l., a Keywords Group company, is a production company that for over 30 years has been dealing with audio and video production.We are looking for a Producer M&E who will manage the following activities for our Dubbing BU:
Create linear dubbing quotes and answer to M&E Management and salesforce on all KWS clients requests regarding linear dubbing projects Manage end-to end dubbing project (from the analysis of the materials to be dubbed to the final delivery to the client) Manage relationships with existing Jinglebell clients and expand Jinglebell and Keywords client bases in Italy Manage client relationship and communication Help team members navigate project ambiguities and problem solve Coach and mentor team members driving a continuous growth mindset Plans, in cooperation with HR, growth paths for their resources and provides them with feedback and regular performance assessments Manage the team workload through project assignmentand workload balance Cooperate with the SL to quote main projects and efforts Cooperate with other production departments to plan and manage the project correctly RequirementsTechnical Skills At least 10 years experience in a similar position or at dubbing studios Knowledge of Media & Entertainment industry Good knowledge of English Advanced use of MS Office (Excel in particular) Ability to create scripts, work plans and all the material necessary for studio dubbing Behavioural Skills Ability to multi-task with projects and resources ability to lead the project and the project team and to plan and prioritize tasks Ability to work as part of a team, under pressure and with tight deadlines Excellent communication, negotiation, organisational and interpersonal skills Problem solving attitude with experience in working in a dynamic and fast growing/changing environment Client focused with a cross cultural approach Flexible approach to people, projects, and assignments
