**SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE**

All’interno della Struttura di Advocacy e Policy la figura del Coordinatore del Centro Ricerche si
inserisce nell’area di Policy, Ricerca e Dati che ha il compito di guidare la raccolta, analisi e diffusione
di dati relativi alla condizione dell’infanzia e dell’adolescenza in Italia, in Europa e nel mondo, pianificare
le attività di ricerca e, sulla base dei risultati, sviluppare proposte di politiche pubbliche a favore di
bambini, bambine e adolescenti. Il Coordinatore del Centro Ricerche si occupa di realizzare una
pianificazione strategica e operativa dell’attività di ricerca dell’Organizzazione, di supervisionarne
aderenza di metodologie e contenuti a elevati standard di qualità e di supportare la nascita di
un’Alleanza per la ricerca sull’Infanzia e l’Adolescenza in Italia.

**COMPITI E ATTIVITA’**

Il Coordinatore del Centro Ricerche ha la responsabilità della pianificazione strategica e operativa
dell’attività di ricerca, con i seguenti compiti:

- Definisce un piano triennale della ricerca, in coordinamento con le Direzioni e le Strutture

interessate.
- Definisce una pianificazione operativa delle attività di ricerca, in coordinamento con le funzioni

dell’Area Policy, Ricerca e Dati e le Strutture e Direzioni interessate, anche in relazione alle

pubblicazioni cartacee e multimediali.
- Gestisce il roster di ricercatori, che si occuperanno di realizzare le attività.
- Coordina progetti di ricerca strategici
- Assicura la supervisione técnica delle attività di ricerca.
- Assicura il coordinamento con le strutture di Save the Children International che si occupano di

ricerca.
- Assicura il coordinamento con le funzioni di lavoro relative a policy e data hub.
- Partecipa alle riunioni dello Standing Group Centro Ricerche, portando un contributo di qualità

alle decisioni strategiche prese in seno al gruppo.
- Garantisce lo sviluppo di una rete di partner del privato sociale e istituzionali sul tema della
