**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a highly motivated new resource to join the Investment team in Milan who would support team members in sourcing and appraising investment opportunities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform financial analysis, strategic business analysis and detailed industry research for complex investment and development opportunities across Living asset classes- Prepare investment memos, presentations and other materials for internal and external use- Take a pro-active role on multiple portfolios and projects such as supporting the Financial Modeling and Due Diligence phase of live transactions- Liaise and actively communicate with other teams, external advisors and investors
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements include:
- Outstanding academic profile graduated with a master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Real Estate- Six months experience (preferred) in a top-tier Real Estate, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Consulting firm- Fluent in Italian and English- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint- Genuine interest in the Real Estate environment- Highly numerate with strong financial modelling experience- Detail-oriented- Team player with the ability to work under pressure and deliver on time
- Fast learner with high attention to detail
