We are looking for an Executive Housekeeper for Fonteverde Lifestyle & Thermal Retreat

The role of the Executive Housekeeper is to successfully oversee the entire housekeeping operation and team on a daily basis, looking after all public areas and to provide the highest level of care and service to all residents, internal employees / clients and directors in line with the agreed service level and procedures.

First and foremost is to always be motivated, highly engaged to provide personalised excellent customer care and service to all residents, internal employees / clients and directors in line with the agreed service standards and procedures.

Ensuring every resident request is completed promptly and decisively, aspiring to make the impossible, possible The role is defined by our values.
