**Posizione**:
In the context of passenger car vehicle development phase MICLA is looking for engineer who will work in the role of **Project Manager** responsible to manage a team of vehicle diagnostic specialists and vehicle function analysts supporting development vehicle fleet** **commissioning activity, vehicle modernization, troubleshooting analysis and technical facts analysis. Technical perimeter will include all electrical and electronic systems and components being part of latest/state of the art vehicle architectures.

More in detail, she/he will be responsible for leading the following activities:

- Vehicle prototypes commissioning and release;
- Vehicle prototypes maintenance;
- Vehicle diagnostic check, root cause analysis coordination;
- Vehicle modernization management;
- Vehicle SW configuration management;
- Project status reporting and progress monitoring;
- Project milestone achievement;
- Responsibility on project deliverables;
- Team resource management;
- Training management.

**Requisiti**:
**Technical requirements**
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Vehicle Engineering;
- Project management experience;
- Knowledge in Automotive architecture;
- Knowledge in communication busses and networking - CAN/CAN FD/LIN/Ethernet;
- Knowledge in UDS Diagnostics - Unified Diagnostic Standard and related tools;
- Knowledge in Vehicle features / System requirements / EE components.

**Required Soft Skills**:

- Problem solving;
- Methodological rigor;
- Ability to work in a team and within a complex organization;
- Communication, strong leadership, interpersonal and effective communication skills;
- Ability to simultaneously manage different tasks;
- Experience working in cross functional teams.

**Language skills: English **and **Italian **languages are **mandatory**.

- Driving License
- Availability to travel trip and international mobility
