**MICLA Engineering & Design** was founded in 2005 in **Turin** with the aim to support its clients, offering qualified resources in automotive area and generally in industry. We develop our market position through our solutions, fruit of our experience, values and passion for engineering and design. From 2016 our presence in **Germany**, **Brazil **and **Tunisia** added to our business the flavour of an international approach: we move our services globally by acting locally with more than 300 employees in 5 locations and 4 countries.

**Posizione**:
For our Team based in Torino, we are looking for a new Manager for our TIER-1 customer:

- program management for e-mobility and connectivity activities within **sales & marketing scope**
- tracking of program and sub-projects progress in appropriate PMO tools
- risk management and countermeasure/ follow up management
- coordination of program / project advancement meetings
- coordination of program / project reporting and executive governance
- coordination of project/ program group communication
- change management within program / project group

**Requisiti**:
**Technical requirements**:

- project/ program management certification with fluent usage of specific tools
- sales & marketing program management experience
- sales & marketing dynamics and practices basic knowledge
- excellent power point presentation skills
- automotive sales & marketing experience is a plus
- connectivity and e-mobility knowledge is a plus

**Soft Skills**:

- Good communication and synthesis skills
- Comfortable around top management
- Availability to travel

**Language skills**:

- Fluent written and spoken English.
