Serving three primary markets - passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment - Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.

**Position Summary**:
LV Electrification Chief Engineering Management will report to the engineering director for product line transmission systems. Leading the team of chief engineers to assure all technical development activities for the various product development cycles into SOP. Will require not only technical skills within electrified powertrain to be able to guide but also commercial and leadership experience to enhance the growing team within the business unit.

**Main opportunities and challenges**

Working in agile technical environment and coordinating resources on multiple product development streams in a global organization that provides visibility and recognition. Be engaged with top automotive OEMs and acquire 360° vision on new products development for electrified vehicles and enhance your leadership skills.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Accountable to ensure product development execution on whole product portfolio
- Runs the internal technical engineering reviews in all aspects of issue resolution
- Secures resources,supports to create project budgets
- Engages in cost management strategies and strives for innovation
- Ensuring product development has the support of upper management and ability to present in front of customers
- Directing and supporting the evaluation of projects and manages / mitigates any delays
- Hiring and developing new engineering staff including training and talent management
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and process improvements

**Job Positions Requirements**:
**Education**: University Bachelor Degree - Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent

**Professional background**:

- Experience in similar role in automotive or aeonautic companies
- Experience in leading and developing an accountable team

**Hard Skills**:

- Fluent english speaking skills and willingness to travel
- Expert knowledge in Electric Drive Unit design and automotive development processes
- Knowledge of automotive product development processes

Considered as a plus:_**
- Experience using computer-aided design (CAD) platforms
- Master’s degree in engineering or MBA
- 8+ year experience in similar role in automotive or aeonautic companies

- Organizational, planning and documentation skills
