Responsabilità chiave della posizione:

- **Coordinamento del gruppo di lavoro** con attitudine di **leadership** e spirito di squadra.
- **Verifica costante sull’operato del personale** di magazzino, affinché vengano implementate e gestite tutte le procedure interne e siano rispettate tutte le norme di sicurezza imposte dalla legge.
- **Comunicazione efficace e appropriata **con le altre funzioni strategiche.
- Massimizzazione della** soddisfazione di clienti e partner esterni.**:

- **Gestione autonoma dei flussi operativi** relativi alla preparazione e spedizione degli ordini, assicurando una corretta esecuzione di tutte le fasi del processo e, ove opportuno, **identificando eventuali aree di miglioramento**, con il fine di **ottimizzare tempi e costi**.

**Requisiti**:
1. **Formazione** **completa** nel ruolo, con anche eventuali attestazioni/certificazioni di settore.

2. **Ampia conoscenza del settore logística**, con esperienza nei** **vari** flussi e processi chiave**.

3. Esperienza pregressa di **almeno 5 anni come responsabile/capo magazziniere**.

4. **Imprescindibile esperienza nel coordinare il team di lavoro** e ottima capacità di gestione dello stress.

5. **Precisione, ordine, **capacità di **analisi **e **logica**.

6. **Energia e forte motivazione, anche nella formazione di giovani talenti**.

7. **Padronanza di utilizzo di software** **gestionali aziendali** e **approfondita** **conoscenza di software WMS**, specialmente nella parte relativa alla bollettazione, consultazione degli ordini di vendita e acquisto e gestione delle giacenze, “prima nota” di magazzino.

8. **Spirito commerciale**, anche nella comprensione delle opportunità verso clienti e fornitori.

9. Attitudine spiccata al **_problem solving_**.

10. Buona conoscenza del pacchetto **Office** (**Excel** richiesto) e conoscenza della **lingua inglese**.

**Altre informazioni**:
L’azienda offre un piano contrattuale e retributivo di sicuro interesse, in linea con le responsabilità assegnate e l’esperienza professionale maturata e con disponibilità al **riconoscimento premiale** al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di volta in volta prefissati.

Il contratto iniziale è finalizzato alla costituzione di un rapporto a tempo indeterminato, al superamento del periodo di prova.

L’orario normale di lavoro è distribuito su 40 ore, dal lunedì al venerdì.
