**The Role**

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven and ambitious Business Development Director to join our fast-growing startup company in Rome. As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships. As part of a small and competitive sales team, you will hold a lot of responsibility and have a direct effect on the success of the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Identifying potential clients, partners, and opportunities for mClub
- Identifying areas for growth and innovation and proposing corresponding strategies
- Generating and qualifying leads with precision
- Closing deals and securing lucrative partnerships to foster mClub’s growth
- Conducting thorough market research for identifying opportunities and trends
- Analyzing market data, client behavior, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with current and prospective clients
- Exemplary client management as a driver of satisfaction
- Aiming to secure a minimum of 4 deals per month
