**Scope**
- As a Traffic Project Manager, you will be
- responsible for:
- Large Account Projects management

in a complex international context,
passionately driving a multi-level
interaction process with different actors
(both internal and external).
- High Management reporting regarding

key activities status.
- Complex BID and Proposal management.
- Managing interactions and coordination

with internal / external stakeholders (such
as R&D, Quality e Sales, etc ) within pre
- sales activities.
- Weekly projects follow up identifying

project status, proactively highlighting
risks and planning related mitigation.
- Sales Engineers and Sales Managers

support within products lifecycle and
Large Account projects.
**Requested technical skills**
- You believe in the use of structured

approach and at the same time can
summarize a complex situation in a
simple way.
- 5+ year experience as Project Manager in

technical complex project domains.
- Ability to manage Costs/Time/Scope

constraints to grant the project success
and Customer Goal.
- Experience in international Large Account

projects with multinational companies.
- Ability to negotiate with both internal

and external stakeholders.
- Aptitude to innovation and to digital

transformation use cases.
- Availability to travel and to work in a team

of dynamic and result oriented young
professionals.
- English is a must, other additional foreign

languages a plus.
- PMP certification is a plus
