Stiamo cercando un/una

**PRODUCT MANAGER**

Un/una professionista di talento, che, riportando al Direttore Marketing, assicurerà lo sviluppo dei prodotti all’interno del portfolio affidato.

**In particolare, saranno di sua responsabilità**:

- Definizione della strategia di marketing a supporto dello sviluppo delle vendite interne e del sell out;
- Stesura e implementazione del marketing plan (definizione RtM; Communication Above and Below the Line, Digital and off line; Promotion; Pricing; NPDs);
- Analisi dei mercati di riferimento, performance e BI competitor, Market Research, Forecasting;
- Supporto al personale di rete (Sales Specialist e Informatori) attraverso training e materiali;
- Gestione dei rapporti e delle relazioni con la Funzione Marketing Gruppo;
- Collaborazione con le diverse Funzioni aziendali interne coinvolte nei diversi processi.

**Chi cerchiamo**:

- Laureato/a, preferibilmente in discipline economiche o scientifiche;
- Esperienza pregressa, almeno triennale, nella Funzione Marketing in aziende del settore Consumer, preferibilmente farmaceutico Healthcare (OTC);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata;
- Forte orientamento al risultato, attitudine al lavoro in team e all’innovazione, capacità analitiche e di sintesi, curiosità, affidabilità;
