All’interno del **Team Legal** siamo alla ricerca di un/una **Legal Counsel - Litigation**. La risorsa si occuperà di coadiuvare il team nella gestione del contenzioso e della contrattualistica riguardante tutte le società del Gruppo. In particolar modo, si occuperà della:
- Consulenza legale ordinaria di supporto alle diverse funzioni di business in materia civile e commerciale;
- Partecipazione diretta alle procedure di risoluzione stragiudiziale delle controversie (mediazioni e negoziazioni assistite dagli avvocati);
- Gestione stragiudiziale delle contestazioni, negoziazione con le controparti, finalizzazione e redazione di accordi transattivi;
- Gestione dei contenziosi (ordinari, procedure speciali, arbitrati nazionali e marginale attività di recupero crediti);
- Gestione dei rapporti con le Autorità Pubbliche;
- Supporto nella stesura dei contratti e loro negoziazione;
- Gestione dei flussi di pagamento.
- Ha conseguito una laurea in Giurisprudenza;
- È iscritto all’albo degli avvocati;
- Ha maturato una pregressa esperienza nel contenzioso civile e delle procedure ADR, per lo meno 2 anni PQE;
- Ha una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Sarà considerato un plus l’esperienza lavorativa maturata presso società operanti nel settore digital/tech e/o presso studi legali strutturati aventi al loro interno tale industry.
