Do you have a strong and ambitious leadership personality? Are you ready to shape the management and the development of our Sealing Technology Segment at Angst + Pfister Italy?

YOUR MISSION:

- You will manage and develop the Sealing Technology Business Segment and lead the Product/ Application Engineering Team.
- You will be responsible for the sales activities and sales planning in accordance with the objectives of the national company and the group.
- You will drive successful and profitable product strategies and placements in the market.
- You will play an important role in new customer acquisition and acting as an active sales partner with our customers.
- You will lead important key customer projects and drive innovation.

YOUR PROFILE:

- You have a technical degree (Bachelor or technical education) or equivalent.
- You have 5+ years of management experience with P&L responsibility, ideally in technical sales of industrial components in the OEM business.
- You bring along a strong experience in the area of sealing technology.
- You have already gained experience in people management and led a team of technical experts.
- You are a born ambitious leader with excellent communication and technical problem
- solving skills.
- Your mother tongue is Italian, and you are proficient in English. Your travelling activity will be around 30%.
