HR Partner

Are you seeking a generalist role with a focus on HR operations throughout the entire employee lifecycle? If so, this HR Partner - Italy role with us might be what you're looking for. You will assume overall responsibility for all operational HR-related matters and the implementation and execution of HR processes and policies in the assigned countries.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Act as the single point of contact for all HR-related matters within Italy
- Act as an active member of the country management team and be a challenging advisor and sparring partner to the business.
- Proactively support the transformation and further digitalisation of the organisation from the HR perspective
- Responsible for the implementation and follow-through of all relevant global and local HR policies and processes
- Enable line managers to be successful in their role and proactively support line managers and employees in all HR matters (e.g. recruiting, onboarding etc.) and provide valuable solutions
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations and provide advice on employee relation matters
- Set priorities, plan, monitor KPIs, execute and track deliverables
- Play an active part in employee engagement, and in creating a positive work environment
- Ensure accurate set-up and handling of employee and compensation data
- Professionally manage relationships with all stakeholders
- Be an active member of the DACH-FR/SP-IT/RO HR team and support global HR projects, where necessary

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Work Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related business degree
- 4-5 years + of working experience in a similar (HRBP, HR Manager, Senior HR Generalist) role, covering the entire employee lifecycle
- Proven track record of directly supporting managers on general HR matters
- Experience in supporting hiring activities
