**Mission**:
**Responsibilities**:
We are searching a passionate and highly motivated person, operating in the following tasks:

- Supporting the proposal writing and conception of new project ideas for EU-funded projects (e.g. Horizon Europe framework);
- Coordinating Consortia of European partners for successful development of proposals that meet the eligibility criteria of the funding institution and RINA quality standards;
- Ensuring that proposals are prepared, initially assessed and submitted to the required standard and deadlines;
- Interacting with the funding institution in the Negotiation phase of successful proposals.
- Management of research projects and preparation of technical reporting.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Master’s Degree in Engineering General or Management Engineering
