ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER PER RISTORAZIONE COMMERCIALE - FORLI'

L’Assistant Store Manager è una figura che ha maturato esperienza in ruoli di coordinamento nella ristorazione organizzata (preferibilmente all’interno di catene di ristorazione commerciale), ama il lavoro di squadra e garantisce la massima efficienza nel servizio al cliente. Lavorando al fianco dello Store Manager, le sue attività principali prevedono:
Gestire le attività in sala;
Gestire la componente amministrativa relativamente a ordini, chiusure fiscali e versamenti, inventari;
Controllare lostato degli approvvigionamenti di materie prime, predisponendo ordini e produzioni;
Coordinare il team attribuendo a ciascuno la propria postazione valorizzandone, le competenze e predisponendone gli orari.
