un **CATERING MANAGER**

La risorsa assumerà il ruolo di referente nell'organizzazione dei ricevimenti, offrendo una consulenza all'utente nell'intera gestione dell'evento. Sarà sua responsabilità quindi, la definizione degli acquisti, il coordinamento del personale e gli aspetti legati alla logística e alla location. Offrirà pertanto un supporto e una consulenza a 360 gradi che permetta un'organizzazione ottimale in base alle esigenze del cliente

Requisiti:

- esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di catering manager (acquisti food, definizione risorse,...)
- ottima conoscenza in ambito food and beverage
- conoscenza in fatto di decorazione e sistemazione location
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
