We are looking for a manager to join our Electrical Vehicle Charger Product Group in San Giovanni Valdarno (AR) as a Customer Quality Manager. In this role you will manage a global technical team of people with the primary scope of defining, implementing and promoting customer care culture to accomplish product specification, customer requirement and applicable standards. You will act with safety, efficiency, quality and productivity to assure that products and service meet stated requirements. You will support the definition and implementation of continuous improvement on product and process.

Quality Control Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Manage the customer and new field introduction quality team globally;
- Define troubleshooting procedure/process for field failures and field returns based on product requirements;
- Provide training as needed to both new hires and experienced peers and internal functions for new product introduced in field;
- Propose and validate corrective and preventive actions for the product in collaboration with other business functions;
- Define and implement standard test process and test setup to validate the failure mode and validate root cause identification;
- Define and map the failure modes across the installed base and maintain performance KPIs dashboard, pareto analysis and follow up on corrective action execution;
- Report to the management team in an accurate way required metrics and KPI related to field failure;
- Provide input for new products development and new product requirements to improve customer satisfaction;
- Be active part on the quality improvement process by further developing the process of creating and reporting lesson learnt.
**Your background**:
- Master’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering;
- +10 years experience in similar role and/or in the EV charging industry;
- Problem solving attitude (i.e. 5Why, 8D) ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers and supplier (this may be necessary to negotiate changes and influence decisions);
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
- Strong knowledge of components technology and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies;
- Strong familiarity with ISO9001 and/or IATF 16949 will also be considered as a plus.
