In affiancamento al Responsabile della Funzione Investor Relations, la risorsa inserita avrà il compito di assicurare un efficace presidio alle attività di comunicazione nei confronti della comunità finanziaria italiana ed internazionale. Seguirà tutti i progetti IR e parteciperà per i profili attinenti a progetti ESG, Strategy ed M&A
Il/la Investor Relations Specialist si occuperà in particolare di:
Gestione della merce in arrivo e predisposizione della mostra dei prodotti
- Gestire le relazioni e la comunicazione con azionisti, investitori istituzionali ed altri operatori di mercato.
- Supportare il responsabile della funzione IR nell’attività di monitoraggio dell’andamento del titolo della Società analizzando le cause di eventuali variazioni.
- Analizzare i report degli analisti di ricerca e supportarli nella stesura degli stessi.
- Gestire le attività di pianificazione degli incontri con la comunità finanziaria, preparando le relative presentazioni e l’altro materiale di supporto.
- Supportare il Top Management e le altre Funzioni Aziendali interessate in relazione alla divulgazione di informazioni relative all’andamento della gestione della Società, assicurandone coerenza e compatibilità con l’informativa periodica (obbligatoria e non) delle società quotate.
- Supportare la Direzione Legal Affairs nella gestione di adempimenti legali e di compliance con Enti Regolatori
- In collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali di Marketing & Comunicazione e Legal Affairs, gestire le sezioni Investor Relations e Corporate Governance del sito web della Società.
- Garantire l’aggiornamento delle informazioni inerenti alla Società presso piattaforme pubbliche (ad es. Company Profile Borsa Italiana, etc.).
- Redigere analisi di informazioni di mercato, strategia, benchmarking vs. i principali competitors.
- Supporto nella redazione del materiale IR per scopi interni ed esterni al Gruppo.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Esperienza pregressa di circa 2 anni in area Investor Relations o aree affini, maturata presso aziende strutturate o presso primarie società di brokeraggio ed intermediazione finanziaria.
- Laurea specialistica in materie economiche ovvero umanistiche e in tal caso unita a comprovata esperienza lavorativa su contenuti di matrice finanziaria.
- Capacità di svolgere analisi finanziarie.
- Capacità di sintesi e di rappresentazione dei dati.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
- Sarà considerato titolo preferenziale la conoscenza della lingua spagnola o della lingua francese.
- Ottima conoscenza applicativi MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Eccellente capacità di comunicare, spiccate doti relazionali, flessibilità e problem solving
- Precisione e autonomia organizzativa.
