Investor Relations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Manager to join our team at Prysmian Group in Milan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings to foster strong relationships with the financial community.
  • Collect insights on how the investment community perceives our company's management and financial results to inform our financial communication strategies.
  • Develop and disseminate presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors.
  • Oversee the investor relations section of our company website to ensure accurate and timely information is available to investors.
  • Monitor market analysis reports to provide valuable insights to our top management.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with the financial community and contribute to the development of our Group's financial communication strategies and guidelines.
  • Support the organization and management of Investor Relations events and execute the Investor Relations Plan.
  • Manage the Investor Relations Department's agenda and calendar to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Assist investors and financial analysts in creating studies and forecast models to inform investment decisions.
  • Develop financial valuation models to provide a comprehensive understanding of our company's financial performance.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations and financial releases to effectively communicate our company's financial story.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Investor Relations.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with the financial community.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the development of our Group's financial communication strategies.
  • Strong initiative and focus on innovation to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
