**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our team at Prysmian Group in Milan. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing the relationship between our company and its investors, reporting directly to the Chief Investor Relations, Sustainability and Communication Officer.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the coordination of conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings.
  • Gather insights on how the investment community perceives our company's management and financial results.
  • Craft presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors.
  • Oversee the investor relations section of our company website.
  • Keep track of market analysis reports for our top management.

**Additional Responsibilities**

  • Build relationships with the financial community and contribute to the development of our Group's financial communication strategies and guidelines.
  • Provide support in organizing and managing Investor Relations events and executing the Investor Relations Plan.
  • Manage the Investor Relations Department's agenda and calendar.
  • Assist investors and financial analysts in creating studies and forecast models.
  • Develop financial valuation models.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations and financial releases.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Investor Relations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a team.
  • A strong initiative and a focus on innovation.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
