{"Responsabilità principali": "La persona selezionata per il ruolo di Investor Relator & Press Officer è responsabile della gestione della comunicazione esterna dell'azienda, lavorando a stretto contatto con la direzione aziendale per mantenere relazioni positive con investitori, mass media, e altri stakeholder. Le principali responsabilità includono:
  • Scrivere e distribuire notizie e dichiarazioni ufficiali dell'azienda sotto forma di comunicati stampa, note stampa e interviste, garantendo comunicazioni chiare ed efficaci.
  • Organizzare la partecipazione dell'azienda a conferenze e incontri con investitori per favorire contatti esistenti e potenziali.
  • Assicurare la diffusione delle informazioni regolamentate tramite la piattaforma di Borsa Italiana e il sito aziendale, collaborando con le figure interne per garantire conformità normativa.
  • Interfacciarsi con l'Euronext Growth Advisor e altri consulenti per garantire allineamento con le migliori pratiche del settore.
  • Monitorare e aggiornare il "Registro Insider" per garantire la conformità alle procedure aziendali e normative.
Le competenze richieste includono:
  • Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Comunicazione o discipline correlate al ruolo.
  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, sia diretta che per il tramite di agenzie di comunicazione dedicate.
  • Familiarità con le piattaforme di comunicazione finanziaria e i regolamenti borsistici.
  • Eccellenti abilità comunicative e di scrittura.
  • Ottime capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
